Cabin Beds – How To Save Space In The Kids Bedroom
Whenever parents decide to re-arrange and redecorate the children’s bedrooms, they will consider them to be old enough to be consulted on their tastes. The youngest, John, wants a themed room with medieval castles and such, whilst Alex, the elder cared only about his precious computer. However one thing they are both adamant about is they want bunk beds – thus their friends could stay over! For me I heard so many horror stories about terrible accidents from badly designed or assembled beds, often relating to the upper bunk. At four, my younger son is below the recommended age for sleeping in a top bunk, but I know that would not deter him from constantly climbing up. The way I hope to distract him is to show him what other stylish kids’ beds are available and gently persuade him to change his mind. With that in mind we go online to take a look. The most important thing I know is to ensure they had good quality mattresses and I intend to buy those separately and choose them myself. However I need to give the boys the freedom to explore the different frames and decide which they liked, without too much influence from us.
